Location and amenities During my Christmas stay, I really liked the strategic location of the hotel that allowed me to easily access nearby tourist attractions. the hotel amenities were top-notch, especially the 24-hour functioning kitchen, which was very convenient.

Poor customer service and noisy environment Unfortunately, I disliked the lack of hospitality displayed by some of the staff, who were often on their phones or inattentive. the noise levels within the hotel were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and convenient location in south Delhi. We arrived in this city by taxi from the airport and found the hotel easily. It was also easy to get transportation to other places. We loved staying here as it was far from crowded areas but still close to everything we needed.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned with stained floors and a clogged drain. The room had no soundproofing and it was hard to get a peaceful sleep due to outside noise. The staff at the front desk could have been friendlier and more helpful. the experience was mediocre with some positives and negatives.
